Caffeine and Panic Attacks


Caffeine panic attacks may be triggered in people who are prone to anxiety. Caffeine is the most significant, yet common anxiety-causing substance, according to Vernon Neppe MD, PhD, the director of the Pacific Neuropsychiatric Institute in Seattle and an adjunct professor of psychiatry at Saint Louis University Medical School.
