
Panic attacks driving happens rather frequently, though most people keep quiet about until asked by friends.
It is 7am, you're on your way as usual driving to work, stuck in rush hour traffic. Suddenly, you feel a sharp pain right in the middle of your chest, right about where your heart is. You start to panic... and the pain intensifies as you fight to breathe, and the world swirls around you, as you hear horns blaring in the distance. Thoughts race through your mind as you clutch your chest in pain. "Is it a heart attack? Am I going to die? What will happen to my family if I die?"
